As per the report, Noelle filed the divorce documents back in October.

The NYDN reported that shortly after Noelle filed divorce papers, Jesse told his superiors about his relationship with Emma DiGiovine. Emma has reportedly been transferred to The Ingraham Angle along with host Laura Ingraham.
